
Recruitment Coordinator, Interim, Hybrid
Job Description
The Recruitment Coordinator provides day-to-day support to a team of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Consultants. They are responsible for the full-cycle administration of corporate hiring requests and supporting the successful execution of ad-hoc projects and initiatives. The coordinator in Talent Acquisition plays an integral role in driving a positive candidate experience with CTC.
What you’ll do
- Receive and process hiring requests; manage timelines, expectations and information gathering with our internal stakeholders
- Be accountable for offer letter creation and new hire document administration
- Act as the main point of contact for our hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process; manage escalations by directing to appropriate parties
- Liaise with external vendors as it relates to completing candidate due diligence checks
- Maintain and update Talent Acquisition documents and data files as required
- Required 4 days a week in-office at one of the following campus’s: Toronto or Calgary
What you bring
- Post-Secondary education in Business, Human Resources or a related field
- 1+ years’ of experience in HR administration, ideally with exposure to Talent Acquisition
- Professional approach with the maturity to manage highly sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Human Resources Information System (HRIS) System and/or Workday is considered an asset
- Professional approach with the maturity to manage highly sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities
- A strong sense of urgency with excellent follow-up and communication skills
- Ability to anticipate needs, recognize problems and offer creative solutions
Our typical hiring range is between $23.00 - $28.00 CAD per hour. Compensation decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
