1.Support and organize with the local PM, Sales, Marketing, Admin group to provide the best customer journey experience throughout the customer visit, enabling an increase in business opportunity. Ensure meeting rooms and tour equipment are fully maintained in line with the planned visit, tour or event. Courteously interact, when needed with client to ensure a positive enthusiastic customized customer experience throughout the visit by supporting sales people. Ensure data collection is maintained and conform to GF brand standards and grooming guidelines.
2.Relevant travel support for all staff and customers including but not limited to booking, tracking , arrangement and payment application of airtickets, train tickets and hotel.
3.Handle the admin. relative works as assistant for Administration manager including but not limited to the visitor machine use and training ,the payment application of cleaning, security, green plants maintaince, arrangement of company lunch.
4.Ordering, keeping, reasonable distributing and payment application of stationery and daily commodities for office. Express query tracking, reconciliation and payment application.
