We're Hiring: Application Support Analyst – Lisbon | Inetum 🌍
Are you ready to ensure the smooth operation of live applications and contribute to a high-performing international team? We are looking for an Application Support Analyst.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure day-to-day quality of service for live applications:
- Resolve incidents and respond to user requests
- Monitor production environments and define alerts
- Communicate daily with teams across different time zones
- Develop a strong functional and technical understanding of applications
- Contribute to the setup and efficiency of the Lisbon team (processes, tools, best practices)
Main Tasks:
- Manage incidents in line with ITIL standards
- Monitor KPIs and production environments
- Identify recurring issues and define action plans
- Document and improve procedures and practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong knowledge of ITIL practices
- Experience in financial services (preferred)
- Proficiency with Mainframe tools: OPC/TWS, JCL, Cobol, DB2, CICS, TSO (required); IDMS and eFILE (a plus)
- Familiarity with Cloud, Dynatrace, Ansible (nice to have)
- Language Skills: Fluent English (mandatory) and French (desirable)
