Baptist Health is hiring a Clinical Resource Nurse to join the Heart Hospital team at Baptist Downtown. This is a full-time opportunity.
Shift: Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday (40 hours/week)
Clinical Resource Nurse, Job Responsibilities:
- Assess, plans, coordinate, and assist with daily patient care activities for identified patient population.
- Ensure adherence to established clinical policies, protocols, regulations, and standards.
- The Clinical Resource Nurse will serve as a clinical resource for their assigned units, collaborate with nursing leaders, medical staff, and nursing staff and provide clinical support to improve patient care and patient outcomes in the cardiac inpatient areas.
- The advanced knowledge and skills required for this role include broad clinical expertise in evidence-based practice, mentoring, consultation, collaboration, education, and leadership.
Experience Requirements:
- 3-5 Years of Cardiac Nursing Experience Required.
Education & Credential Requirements:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
- Licensed Registered Nurse Required
- Master of Science, Nursing required
