Maintenance Manager

We are excited to be adding a Maintenance Manager to the MAC Trailer Team. The Maintenance Manager position is responsible for the plant maintenance department. Direct and utilize direct reports ensuring that the plant equipment is operating effectively and is properly maintained to achieve production requirements. They are responsible for keeping accurate inventory of shop and welding supplies, and small tools on hand. This position ensures all breakdowns are repaired in a timely fashion and all preventive and scheduled maintenance duties are completed. Also has responsibility for upkeep and maintenance of plant buildings and grounds.
