As an Inside/Creative Sales Representative at JournalBooks, you will be a valuable member of our team, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your creativity, problem-solving skills, and ability to think ahead will be crucial in understanding customer needs and offering innovative solutions. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely project completion.
