What You Can Expect:
Sales Growth & Revenue Generation
- Generate GP and shipment volumes from new and existing D-level customers.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales activities.
- Maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline aligned with country sales targets.
Lead Management
- Manage, follow up, and qualify leads received from the Opportunity Management Team.
- Ensure timely conversion of leads into revenue-generating customers.
Customer Portfolio Management
- Accept and manage transferred D-level customers from BDM/BDE teams.
- Build strong customer relationships to drive retention and repeat business.
- Identify D customers with potential to grow into higher segments.
Tender Management
- Support the preparation and submission of customer tenders, RFQs, and RFPs.
- Coordinate with pricing, product, and operations teams to gather competitive and accurate data.
- Assist in compiling commercial proposals, rate sheets, and service solutions.
- Ensure timely and compliant tender submissions aligned with customer requirements.
- Maintain tender documentation and track outcomes to improve future success rates.
What You Bring:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2 to 5 years of experience in inside sales or freight forwarding
- Experience in tender management, RFQs, and bid preparation
- Feel confident speaking German and English language when communicating with key partners and potential customers.
- Good commercial awareness with a focus on pricing and profitability
- Proficiency in CRM systems and tools.
- Results-driven, organized, and customer-focused mindset
