PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Monitor drivers and escorts to ensure compliance with safety standards.
监督驾驶员和押运员的操作行为，确保符合安全规范。
Inspect transport vehicles and tanks to meet national and company standards.
检查运输车辆及罐体，确保符合国家标准和企业要求。
Monitor transportation process to prevent speeding and fatigue driving.
监控运输过程，防止超速、疲劳驾驶等违法行为。
Verify drivers’ and escorts’ licenses and certificates for validity.
审核驾驶员、押运员的资质证件，确保合法有效。
Maintain safety records and cooperate with regulatory inspections.
建立并维护安全管理台账，配合政府部门检查。
Ensure compliance with regulations such as Hazardous Chemicals Safety Management Ordinance and Road Dangerous Goods Transport Regulations.
严格执行《危险化学品安全管理条例》《道路危险货物运输管理规定》等法规。
Conduct regular safety training to enhance defensive driving and emergency response skills.
定期组织驾驶员和押运员安全培训，提高防御性驾驶和应急处置能力。
Develop and implement emergency plans, with at least two drills annually.
制定并实施应急预案，每年至少开展两次应急演练。
Conduct regular hazard inspections and implement corrective actions.
定期开展隐患排查，建立风险清单并落实整改措施。
Monitor vehicle conditions to prevent accidents.
监控车辆运行状态，防范事故风险。
Inspect protective gear and firefighting equipment for functionality.
检查劳防用品和消防器材，确保完好有效。
Ensure vehicles are equipped with fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and hazard labels.
确保运输车辆配备灭火器、急救药品及危险品标识。
Activate emergency plans and report to authorities immediately in case of accidents.
发生事故时，立即启动应急预案并上报相关部门。
Participate in accident investigations and propose preventive measures.
参与事故调查，提出改进措施，防止类似事件再次发生。
To complete the job assigned by supervisor properly.
按要求完成上级分配的各项工作。
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or above
本科及以上学历
More than 3 years of experience in logistics and distribution; experience in hazardous materials logistics is preferred
3年以上物流配送的工作经验，从事危险品物流更佳
Strong teamwork and communication skills
良好的团队合作和沟通能力
Proficient in using office software
熟练使用办公软件
Holding Safety Officer or Certified Safety Engineer qualification is a plus
持安全员、注册安全工程证优先
