Position Summary
The Mayor's Office/CAO department is looking for individuals who are interested in being considered for Appointed Professional opportunities. Applications are accepted throughout the year.
Positions are only available when there is a vacancy within the hiring department. As positions become available, applications will be considered based on experience, education, and special requirements.

Minimum Qualifications
Works under general supervision to perform a variety of professional duties that may require the use of limited independent judgment and skill processing, communicating, creating, and/or maintaining various records, files, and information regarding specific departmental functions.
Bachelor’s degree required.

The residency exemption for public safety/civil service employees does not include Appointed positions with Sheriff’s Office, Division of Corrections or the Fire Department.
