Raytheon is seeking an experienced professional with a strong and proven successful background in Material Program Management (MPM) to fill a lead role on the Javelin Joint Venture Team to be located onsite in Tucson, Arizona. This position serves as the interface between Supply Chain and Program Leadership Team (PLT) to execute material strategies, customer requirements, and meet program objectives. As a senior manager, there are tremendous opportunities to mentor and coach the 3 individual supply chain professionals while playing a pivotal role in ensuring the success of a critical Army program. This position requires an individual who will be able to drive results and influence the overall success of the program.

What You Will Do

  • Manage execution of processes, standards, and operational plans.

  • Provide escalation support Issue/Conflict resolution.

  • Participate in program quorum for PLT.

  • Oversee financial management to maintain program financial health.

  • Oversee Risk & Opportunity management.

  • Traveling up to 25% domestically and internationally as required. 

  • Interface with internal and external customers.

  • Provide support to ensure customer proposal requirements are met.

  • Recruit, motivate, develop, and retain an appropriately skilled supply chain team.

  • Lead projects to enhance performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.

  • Leadership experience.

  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience interfacing with external and internal customers.

  • Executive presentation experience and strong communication skills.

  • Financial acumen, budget management, EAC experience. 

  • Experience in supporting developmental/engineering programs.

  • Customer proposal, negotiation experience, TINA compliance.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
