As a Customer Service Employee German B2B, you play a key role in supporting our international growth by delivering consistent, high-quality service to our German customers.

In this role, you are responsible for the accurate and efficient handling of customer orders from start to finish. You ensure that every order is processed correctly, customer information is up to date and questions are handled in a timely and professional way.

Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction, delivery reliability and the commercial performance of HG. At the same time, you actively contribute to improving processes and increasing efficiency within customer service.

You will be part of the Customer Service team based in Almere (hybrid working environment). In this position, you work closely with colleagues in sales, supply chain and finance to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What you will do

In this role you will:

  • Process customer orders accurately and on time

  • Ensure smooth end-to-end order handling

  • Maintain and update customer data in relevant systems

  • Support German B2B customers with questions, requests and follow-up

  • Identify opportunities to improve order processing and service quality

  • Prepare reports and document order-related information

  • Work with order management systems and MS Excel
