Primary logistics manager
Requirements:
• Advanced knowledge of logistics and experience in supply chain management.
• Ability to make decisions under time pressure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of CSO and biofuels regulations.
• Business acumen and a results-oriented approach.
• Negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Focus on optimisation and continuous process improvement.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strategic thinking and a broad business perspective.
• Customer focus.
• At least 4 years’ experience in logistics or supply chain.
• At least 2 years’ managerial experience.
• English language proficiency at B2 level or above
• Overseeing the distribution of fuels, additives and bio-components, and optimising logistics processes.
• Conducting tenders and negotiating contracts for logistics services (storage, transport).
• Negotiating fuel and biofuel supplies with external suppliers, ensuring flexibility in terms of volume.
• Managing regulatory compliance regarding Mandatory Fuel Reserves, National Biofuel Targets and energy legislation.
• Overseeing the implementation of Supply Plans and continuously improving logistics efficiency.
• Collaborating with government bodies, industry organisations and auditors.
• Managing the Primary Logistics team and developing staff competencies.
