You will act as a key legal advisor embedded within both customer-facing and product teams, translating complex ERISA and IRS regulations into practical, scalable guidance. The position plays a critical role in ensuring that automated systems, payroll integrations, and plan administration workflows remain compliant while supporting innovation. You will help shape how retirement products are designed, launched, and operated in a highly regulated environment. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring close collaboration with engineering, operations, and product leaders.
