Job Description

Greet and welcome customers while providing exceptional customer service. Take orders, including offering menu recommendations and noting dietary restrictions or special requests. Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages and food items according to the standardized recipes or as customized for customers. Maintains food safety standards. Receive and process payments accurately using the point of sale systems. Assists with opening and closing duties, ensuring all stations, equipment, and storage areas are properly secured and stocked. Restock supplies such as cups, lids, coffee beans, syrups and food items. Maintain workstations, including keeping them clean and stocked. Maintains a clean and organized work environment, including sanitizing equipment, wiping counters, and following food safety standards. Monitors and records appropriate temperatures for storage and equipment to ensure product quality and safety. Ensures all food prep equipment, stations and storage areas are cleaned and maintained. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs): Knowledge of Starbucks culture, values, and mission. Knowledge of sanitation and quality food service standards. Knowledge of weights and measures. Ability to effectively communicate and provide excellent customer service. Physical Requirement: Ability to occasionally transport/move a maximum of 50 pounds.
