Job Description

  • Manage projects proactively to ensure projects are on track and complete timely per plan
  • Manage project fundings, monitoring expenses, and maximizing savings
  • Collaborate with Church personnel, health/education personnel, NGOs, and government officials to facilitate project progression and sustainable plan
  • Prepare project proposals and evaluation reports to support humanitarian work
  • Communicate with vendors to source and verify specifications of the required project materials
  • Manage humanitarian specialist, outsourcing staff, translators, and volunteers
  • Arrange professional translation and interpretation services for the overseas trainers to ensure successful training be provided in Cambodia
  • Identify processes and align with Area policies to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field, with at least five years of Project Management experience and /or purchasing skills background. Less experience may also be considered
  • Proficient in both written and verbal English and Khmer
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-minded, organized, multi-tasking and highly proactive
