Step into a role where you'll be at the centre of the post-sale customer journey, ensuring every Carma customer feels supported  after they've driven away.

Working closely with our Mechanical team, you'll coordinate post-delivery care, solve problems, and create great customer experiences. If you've worked as a Service Advisor—or enjoy the mix of customer service and workshop coordination, this is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, modern, and customer-focused team.



What you'll be doing:

  • Manage post-delivery customer issues, including enquiries, feature questions, warranty concerns an returns.
  • Act as the key link between customers and our Mechanical team to ensure vehicles are assessed and resolved efficiently
  • Own customer communication throughout the resolution journey, keeping them informed, supported, and confident
  • Help refine and improve post-sale processes, balancing great customer outcomes with operational efficiency
  • Coordinate with the Delivery team to manage returns


Okay, let’s talk about you:

  • Experience as a Service Advisor or in an automotive customer-facing role (dealership, service centre, or similar) 
  •  Strong ability to manage customer communication with clarity, empathy, and confidence 
  •  Comfortable working across workshop teams and translating technical updates into simple language 
  •  Natural problem-solver who can prioritise, multitask, and stay calm under pressure 
  •  Valid NSW Driver’s Licence
