Join us as an Automotive Operations Assistant and step into a role where you’ll build real expertise—not just in cars, but in the behind-the-scenes operations that bring every Carma vehicle to life. From supporting end-to-end workflow coordination to assisting with quality checks and getting vehicles customer-ready, you’ll be at the heart of our daily momentum.
What you'll be doing?
- Inspection: Meticulously inspect Carma cars for any signs of damage
- Data logging: Swiftly and accurately log vehicle details into the system- we will provide you with your own iPad!
- Car washing: Make our vehicles shine! Wash, buff, and detail interiors and exteriors to perfection.
- Relocation: Keep things moving by relocating cars between our production and storage facilities
- Support: Be our go-to helper. Assist with day-to-day tasks to keep operations running smoothly
Okay, let’s talk about you:
- You have some experience working in a fast paced, hands on environment (doesn’t need to be automotive!)
- You have an interest in cars - or are keen to learn more.
- You’re comfortable using tech (especially Apple products) and can get the hang of new systems quickly.
- You’re open to learning new ways of doing things.
- You like to work on your feet, with different priorities everyday - juggle multiple things at once doesn't bother you.
- You’ve got an eye for detail and take pride in high-quality work.
- You have a valid NSW drivers licence.
In this role you’ll be based in our St Peters, Sydney site, with room for parking and train/ bus stops nearby.
