Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Work closely with sales, CS, planning, financial team to handle all the logistics operations including 3PL warehouse management, import customs clearance, local delivery.
- Proceed the transactions in SAP, prepare the customs clearance documents and submit to broker with appropriate lead time.
- Follow up import customs declaration process, escalate and give the solution if any problems.
- Manage Logistics KPIs and cost verification with 3rd party logistics service provider to make sure on time delivery at right cost.
- Monitor operation process to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency.
- Manage project for logistics process or cost optimization.
- Effectively work on customer complaint and provide solutions.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Profound knowledge and experience in Logistics operation, over 5 years in logistics management and at least 3 years of import/export experience, familiar with CIQ process is a plus.
- Hands on and good communication skills with proactive working attitude
- Fluent English in both written and spoken
- Good communication and negotiation skill
- High accountability and good team spirit
- Logical and systemic thinking
How Would You Stand Out?
- Korean language skill
- Experience in chemical industry MNC and SAP is preferred
