As Team Coordinator Social Workers , you play a pivotal role in implementing and promoting the workplace well‑being policy within bpost. You provide hierarchical leadership, coaching and development to a team of 12 social workers, ensuring process quality, operational efficiency and strong collaboration across departments. Your responsibilities span preventive actions, psychosocial risk management, support in critical incidents, guidance on sensitive cases, and translating strategic directions into concrete actions. You stimulate cross-functional cooperation, ensure clear communication, and drive continuous improvement and organisational change within your team.
