Resp Ther Team Leader - Respiratory Care

Job Responsibilities: Performs various respiratory procedures on a day to day basis under indirect supervision for all age group as specified per campus departmental policy• Exercises good independent clinical judgment and discretion in applying and interpreting policies and procedures• Assures correct documentation of all records• Occasionally performs the role of Lead Therapist, shift Team Leader, or clinical Instructor as assigned• Organizes work assignments, maintains productivity, schedules staff, and handles load fluctuations as appropriate• Receives complaints or concerns from physicians and others.
