Summary/Objective: The Marketing Warehouse Coordinator supports the marketing team’s events, partnerships, and promotional initiatives by managing the logistics and organization of marketing materials, product displays, and event equipment
This role is responsible for receiving shipments, maintaining warehouse organization, preparing event shipments, and coordinating logistics for over 250 marketing events annually
This position plays a critical role in ensuring materials are delivered accurately and on time while maintaining high standards for organization, communication, and brand presentation
Essential Functions: Warehouse & Inventory Management Receive and inspect incoming shipments of marketing materials, product inventory, and event displays
Maintain organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of the marketing warehouse and storage areas
Track and manage inventory of event materials, promotional items, and display assets
Ensure materials are properly labeled, stored, and easily accessible for the marketing team
Event Logistics & Shipping Prepare, stage, and pack shipments for trade shows, rallies, customer events, and marketing activations (approximately 250 events per year)
Coordinate shipping and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials to event locations
Load and unload trucks with event equipment, marketing displays, and products
Assist with staging materials for upcoming events and ensuring all required assets are included
Marketing Operations Support Fulfill requests from internal teams and plants for marketing materials and product shipments
Communicate with the marketing team regarding inventory levels, event preparation, and logistics timelines
Handle marketing displays and branded materials with care to maintain presentation and brand standards
Transportation & Local Deliveries Occasionally transport products, materials, or displays to local warehouses, showrooms, events, or rallies
Assist with movement of marketing assets between facilities when needed
Process & Organization Support development and maintenance of warehouse systems that improve organization and efficiency
Assist with operational logistics that support the marketing team’s events and initiatives
Working Conditions: Primarily working indoors, office/warehouse environment
May sit and stand for several hours at a time
Operating forklift and may be driving for periods of time
: High school degree or GED Competencies: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift and move boxes, displays, and materials as needed
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Proactive problem solver Supervisory Responsibility: This role does not have any supervisory responsibility upon hiring
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to talk and hear
This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day
The Team Member may have to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time hourly position, and hours/days of work are decided by production schedules and your reporting manager
Travel: Travel will be minimal and would be primarily local during the business day
Preferred Education and Experience: Experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or logistics
Experience supporting marketing teams, trade shows, or event logistics is a plus
Work Authorization/Security Clearance: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
