Join a high-impact Talent Acquisition team shaping the future of financial advice in South Africa.
We are looking for a driven, commercially minded Recruiter with strong bulk recruitment experience within the financial services industry to join our Talent Acquisition Hub.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoys building high-quality talent pipelines while partnering closely with business leaders.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for high-volume adviser and sales roles

  • Building and maintaining proactive talent pipelines

  • Sourcing quality candidates through multiple recruitment channels

  • Partnering with leadership teams to understand recruitment needs

  • Screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates

  • Managing recruitment administration, compliance, and reporting

  • Delivering an exceptional candidate experience

  • Driving recruitment turnaround times and quality-of-hire outcomes

Minimum requirements:

  • Proven recruitment experience within the financial services industry

  • Strong experience in bulk/high-volume recruitment

  • Proven sourcing capability and pipeline management experience

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Strong administrative and coordination capability

  • Experience recruiting sales/adviser roles will be advantageous

Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business, or related field will be advantageous

  • Relevant recruitment or talent acquisition certifications will be advantageous
