As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical role in delivering on that purpose—partnering with business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent aligned to our values and long-term strategy.In this role, you will translate hiring needs into thoughtful, effective recruiting strategies—owning the full-cycle recruiting process while ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for candidates and hiring leaders. You will serve as a trusted partner, providing market insights, guiding hiring decisions, and reinforcing best practices that support both business outcomes and the associate experience.
You will collaborate closely across HR to deliver a seamless, compliant, and values-driven hiring process. Your work will directly support the strength and stability of Cambridge teams as they serve our financial professionals and their clients.
Key Deliverables and Responsibilities
Partner with leaders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, effective recruiting strategies.
Own full-cycle recruiting (intake through offer and close) for assigned roles.
Proactively build talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and market engagement.
Serve as an advisor to hiring leaders—providing guidance on selection decisions, interview practices, and candidate experience.
Lead structured interview processes that promote consistency, fairness, and strong hiring outcomes.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication, timeliness, and professionalism.
Partner with HR to develop competitive, equitable offers aligned to Cambridge practices.
Use recruiting data and insights (pipeline health, time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness) to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
Strengthen hiring manager capability through coaching, tools, and clear expectations.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
What We Are Looking For
A consultative, service-first approach: you listen well, build trust quickly, and provide thoughtful, practical guidance.
3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates in competitive markets.
Ability to influence hiring decisions while maintaining a high standard for fairness, consistency, and quality.
Strong relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
A high level of personal accountability, attention to detail, and follow-through.

Work Environments
This role offers a hybrid schedule, requiring three days weekly in the office. Applicants should be located near one of our hubs (Fairfield, IA or West Des Moines, IA) and must be willing to work this schedule. Cambridge is not considering remote candidates at this time.
