Job Summary
The Service Experience Specialist provides operational and administrative support to financial professionals and clients within the Service Experience team. Reporting to Service Experience Leadership, this role is responsible for processing account-related activities, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a high level of service delivery. The Specialist plays a key role in interpreting policies and procedures, resolving service issues efficiently, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance processes and improve client experience. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key Deliverables and Responsibilities
Support financial professionals and clients by providing service related to incoming paperwork, account information and distributions
Communicate operational and financial industry policies and procedures
Research issues and resolve inquiries in a timely matter
Develop understanding of the policies and procedures to execute them in daily work
Adapt and adhere to Cambridge policies and core values
Collaborate with internal associates to improve procedures and templates to streamline processes

They bring strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain processes, policies, and information to both clients and internal stakeholders. A proactive problem-solver, they can research issues and deliver timely, accurate resolutions while maintaining a high level of professionalism. This individual is highly organized, capable of balancing multiple priorities, and can work both independently and as part of a team. They are adaptable, eager to learn, and open to cross-training across functions.
Salary Range: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the company’s operational needs, and other factors permitted by law. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, skills, education, performance, internal equity, and geographic location.

Work Environments: This role offers a hybrid schedule, requiring three days weekly in the office. Applicants should be located near one of our hubs (Fairfield, IA or Phoenix, AZ) and must be willing to work this schedule.
