Ability to multitask is a firm requirement for this position Ability to drive mitigation activities. Extensive Excel proficency to include Tableau capabilities Ability to manage supplier issues daily in order to support the Missile IPT, Production and various customers. Ability to eventually act as the team Trainer for new hires & Skillsbridge personnel for Management as skills develop. Extensive communication skills to include emails, phone calls, presentations to management, and ISTs production meetings. MUST be able to drive issues thru consistent communication (outside of emails) with Suppliers & Team. Some travel may be required based on the supplier and support to Production. Position is Hybrid with required onsite presence T/W and remote work M/Th (subject to change based upon Program and/or MFC guidance) Various projects will be assigned as needed.
