Supply Chain Program Manager
Experience managing complex subcontracts, suppliers, or major procurement programs in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or related industries.<br>Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, quality, procurement, finance, and program management.<br>Experience overseeing supplier performance related to cost, schedule, technical execution, and quality requirements.<br>Knowledge of subcontract lifecycle management including RFP development, negotiations, execution, risk management, and contract closeout.<br>Experience developing sourcing strategies, make/buy analyses, and subcontract management plans.<br>Ability to manage supplier relationships and serve as the primary interface between subcontractors and program leadership.<br>Experience supporting program milestones, contractual compliance, and delivery commitments.<br>Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.Posted 2 days ago
