Production Lead

We’re looking for a driven and hands-on Production Lead to take ownership of daily production operations in a fast-paced, chilled food facility. This isn’t just about overseeing a shift—you’ll lead from the floor, ensure the daily pack-out plan is executed efficiently, and keep your team aligned to Safety, Quality, and Production goals.

You’ll be responsible for verifying the daily plan, driving execution on the floor, and minimizing downtime while maintaining high performance standards. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment and know how to keep teams focused, accountable, and performing at a high level, this role is for you.
