Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of programs and projects, from initiation through closeout, ensuring alignment with Government objectives.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, financial teams, and external agencies, to ensure seamless program execution.
- Provide acquisition and program management support, including planning, documentation development, and monitoring procurement timelines and milestones.
- Manage program budgets, track funding, and report financial status, ensuring accurate forecasting and alignment with Government systems and requirements.
- Oversee project schedules, performance metrics, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Lead risk management efforts by identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks related to cost, schedule, and performance across programs.
- Support development and execution of project requirements, including Statements of Work (SOW), project documentation, and acquisition materials.
- Provide program-level analysis, reporting, and briefings to senior leadership, including monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc updates.
- Ensure all program data is accurately maintained in Government systems of record (e.g., SharePoint, SAP, TRIRIGA), with regular updates and reporting.
- Oversee construction and facilities-related projects, including planning, execution, quality assurance, and closeout activities.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate meetings, manage stakeholder communications, and ensure alignment across program teams.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring coordination across multiple concurrent efforts.
Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in program or project management.
- Demonstrated experience managing large, complex government programs or contracts.
- Strong knowledge of acquisition processes, budgeting, and financial management.
- Experience with risk management, program analysis, and performance reporting.
- Familiarity with Government systems such as SAP, SharePoint, and TRIRIGA (or similar platforms).
- Experience overseeing construction, facilities, or infrastructure-related projects preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust/Suitability Clearance through the Government.
