What you’ll do:
THE BRASS TACKS
Lead by example, support team members development and inspire excellence within the team.
Embrace company values, expectations, and service norms for success.
Assist with training and ensures effective operations for assigned areas.
Collaborate with leaders to maintain adequate supplies, minimizing waste.
Inspect rooms and common areas, upholding high cleanliness standards, noting issues and taking action.
Address guest needs promptly, prioritize satisfaction through clear communication.
Assist in deep cleanings.
Provide courteous, efficient, professional service to guests.
Clean and replenish designated number of rooms within assigned shift, report room issues.
Organize supplies on the housekeeping cart.
Monitor property's cleanliness, attend meetings and training.
Warmly greet and engage guests.
Fulfill tasks assigned by Housekeeping Leadership.
THE NITTY GRITTY
Prior housekeeping or related cleaning experience preferred.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques/chemical applications a plus.
Desire to work in a fast-paced role.
