Job Description
Customer Care in daily business and supporting Key Account Managers in all customer / project related topics Planning and Analysis: Recording plans such as monthly rolling requirement planning as per global key account managers' specifications, independently creating and updating standard accrual, opportunities and risks reports for sales performance based on plan/actual comparisons Acquisition and Offers: Analyzing customer needs, developing tailored offers in collaboration with key account managers, creating and monitoring proposals per internal guidelines, and assisting in national and international acquisition projects Operative Activities: Managing customer requests and orders, coordinating with internal departments and subsidiaries, handling customer-related documentation, maintaining SAP-master data, managing spare parts, overseeing customer portals/systems, sales price and accruals maintenance Claims and Escalations: Support on overdue management and claim-negotiations arising from contract deviations and schedule variance Customer Relations: Support the preparation of customer events (e. g. Tech-Days and Trade-Fairs) and support on both national and international customer relations and communications
