Job Description
- Develop sales priorities and lead workstreams with sales leaders to diversify adoption Ads solutions. Create compelling narratives for senior sales leaders on business performance.
- Leverage AI productivity and analysis tools to query data, run scenarios, and generate concrete actions.
- Partner closely with regional business leaders and regional GTM teams. Act as a trusted "advocate and challenger" by using data-backed arguments to influence sales tools design, sales activation strategies, and commercial direction.
- Design and implement business cadences to track regional performance. Develop core metrics to ensure clear visibility into goals, prioritizing insights over raw reporting volume.
- Support sales processes and process improvements for portfolio management, sales compensation setting and other support processes for sales teams. Lead end-to-end analytical initiatives, structuring project plans to solve complex problems with multiple potential solutions.
