Overview
Kenna has been working with a US Client to reconcile and fulfill Customer Programs. The Junior Program Manager role is being created to assist in the management of payment processing and reporting; as well as the migration towards a fully automated fulfillment system.
This role will focus on payment reports, generating checks, locking statements, shipping labels, printing and collating, voids/reissues and quality assurance of check runs. The incumbent will report to the Senior Program Manager, and will oversee one Program Fulfillment Coop.

Qualifications
- A University Bachelor of Commerce, Economics or Data Science
- 1-2 years work experience in an office environment
- Experience with SQL
- The Junior program role will be a hybrid model of 3 days/week working in office (Tuesday - Thursday) and 2 days work from home (Mondays & Fridays)
