Silver Wings Aerospace located in Princeton, Florida is looking for a Sales Administrator. This role for be and onsite role - Full time Monday - Friday 8am to 5 pm.

Overview of the Position:
Responsible for supporting the sales team with daily sales quota. This role for be and onsite role - Full time Monday - Friday 8am to 5 pm.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze and respond to Request for Quotes (RFQs) via email or telephone.
- Perform market research on new and existing products.
- Monitor quote activity and progression and provide customer updates as needed.
- Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, and capabilities.
- Completes sales order data entry, change orders, amendments, and other related documentation. Including: obtaining purchase order acknowledgments from suppliers.
- Assist sales and product management with reports and data and provide technical information as needed.
- Ability to work weekends (AOG rotation staff)
- Other duties may be assigned.
Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to summarize data and trends clearly.
- Ability to establish and maintain relations with a wide range of vendors and customers.
- Computer skills -- General MS-Excel, Word and quantum preferred.
- Must speak, read and write English. Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to work in high paced environment where multi-tasking is a must.
