We are seeking an Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of high-quality events. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively across multiple projects. The Events Assistant will collaborate with internal teams and ensure every event is delivered with excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with event planning, logistics, scheduling, and onsite coordination.

  • Prepare event materials, documents, and presentations.

  • Support vendor management, including communication, follow-ups, and documentation.

  • Monitor timelines, budgets, and event deliverables to ensure smooth execution.

  • Conduct research to support event concepts and operational needs.

  • Provide administrative and project support before, during, and after events.

  • Help maintain event databases, reports, and tracking systems.
