Position Purpose:
The Specialist - Talent Acquisition Onboarding will support the Recruiting Team by efficiently executing administrative duties and actively participating in all recruiting processes.
Job Requirements:
Compliance
• Ensure 100% compliance of all new hires in submitting their requirements.
• Attend New Hire Orientation to extend hard copies of contracts and answer all queries of new hires.
• Maintains and updates recruitment tracker/database.
• Onboard new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the organization using Workday.
Job Offer
• Prepare job offer letter and contracts.
• Facilitate the job offer discussion.
• Ensure to achieve 100% JO acceptance rate.
• Maintains and updates recruitment tracker/database.
