Position Purpose:
The Specialist - Talent Acquisition will support the Recruiting Team by efficiently executing administrative duties and actively participating in all recruiting processes.
Job Requirements:
- Performs administrative tasks in support of recruiting efforts
- Assists with creating and maintaining trackers used for TA
- Develop, maintain, and distribute regular talent acquisition reports and dashboards (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire,
- source-of-hire, pipeline metrics)
- Partner with HRIS and TA teams to ensure accuracy and integrity of recruitment data.
- Identify gaps in current recruitment workflows using data insights.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Standardize data tracking and reporting processes across the TA team.
