Job Description
- Define, lead, and own highly complex program charters across multiple cross-functional teams, rigorously managing program scope, timelines, OKRs, resourcing, dependencies, and data-driven executive decision-making governance.
- Design optimized program communication plans and manage stakeholder relationships to proactively prioritize strategic objectives, track progress against goals, and successfully streamline critical senior executive communications.
- Establish scalable organizational processes and implement specialized tooling to capture the user at scale, successfully embedding continuous user-centric advocacy into core product development workflows.
- Facilitate highly effective cross-functional collaboration among global User Experience Research(UXR), Program Managers (PMs), and engineering partners by performing technical due diligence to evaluate complex engineering scope, milestones, timeframes, and resource allocations.
- Anticipate change management requirements to develop rollout plans, execute strategic mitigation efforts for program escalations, and implement continuous process improvements to optimize broader organizational workflows and operational efficiency.
