Specialist Software Engineering

Job Summary

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software solutions that support business and technology needs. Contribute to efficient delivery processes, application stability, and production support, with a focus on automation and software engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, code, test, and maintain software applications and components

• Review requirements, provide estimates, and support creation of technical designs

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions

• Develop and execute automated tests; identify defects and implement fixes

• Troubleshoot application, configuration, and environment issues

• Support software deployments and ongoing maintenance activities

• Follow established development standards, tools, and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred

• 1+ years of relevant software development or software engineering experience

• Working knowledge of software development methodologies, programming languages, and testing practices

• Relevant certifications may be required in some technical areas

Job Contribution

Developing professional with solid knowledge of core software engineering concepts and practices. Typically works on smaller projects or defined application modules with minimal supervision. Uses sound judgment to determine appropriate actions and supports team efficiency, delivery quality, and operational effectiveness.

Salary Range

Base salary from 68 000 CZK - 103 000 CZK gross a month.
