
Senior Associate Applications Development
Job Description
Job Summary
Develop, test, and support new or existing software applications to meet business and user needs. This role helps ensure application performance, reliability, and ongoing alignment with business requirements through coding, maintenance, troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, code, test, and support software applications based on business and user requirements
Maintain and enhance existing applications to address defects, improve performance, and support compatibility with evolving technologies
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements or user stories
Create and maintain technical and process documentation
Perform code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to support software quality
Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for applications as needed
Work with cross-functional teams to support timely project delivery
Stay informed on relevant technologies, tools, and industry trends
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
0–3 years of relevant application development or software engineering experience
Basic understanding of software development practices, testing methods, and application support
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage assigned tasks effectively
Job Contribution
Entry-level professional with foundational technical knowledge who applies established procedures and company guidelines to routine work. Supports project execution and day-to-day application development activities while building experience in software delivery and support. Works under regular supervision and contributes to team productivity, quality, and operational goals.
Salary
The base salary from 50 200 CZK - 75 300 CZK gross a month.
