What Will Your Role Be

Spread Group operates a complex made-to-order supply chain across multiple production sites in Europe. Reliable inbound operations, stable supplier performance, and healthy inventory levels are critical to ensuring smooth production and customer satisfaction across a highly dynamic product portfolio.

In this role, you own the operational performance and continuous improvement of inbound supply chain management with a strong focus on private label products. You ensure reliable product availability, coordinate replenishment across suppliers and production sites, and drive operational excellence across inbound supply processes. You connect supply chain stability with commercial and production requirements, improve transparency across stakeholders, and help scale operational efficiency across Spread Group’s evolving supply chain network.

In this Role you can work hybrid, either from our HQ in Leipzig or Berlin.

What You´ll Do

  • Own inbound supply chain operations across suppliers and production sites.

  • Ensure reliable product availability while balancing inventory levels and lead times.

  • Coordinate replenishment activities across apparel blanks, accessories, packaging, and private label products.

  • Monitor supply risks and proactively resolve issues related to supplier delays, delivery bottlenecks, or changing demand patterns.

  • Track and manage operational KPIs including availability, supplier OTIF, inventory levels, and inbound lead times.

Supplier & Operational Management

  • Manage supplier coordination, onboarding, and operational performance follow-ups.

  • Support forecasting alignment and improve inbound planning visibility across suppliers and stakeholders.

  • Coordinate operational escalations with suppliers and logistics partners.

  • Identify and implement practical improvements across inbound logistics, replenishment, and operational workflows.

  • Support ERP and process improvement initiatives across the supply chain environment.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and support the Supply Chain Management team in day-to-day operations.

  • Partner closely with Procurement, Production, Finance, Tech, and Commercial teams to ensure aligned execution.

  • Improve reporting structures, operational transparency, and process consistency across inbound supply processes.

  • Foster a pragmatic, hands-on, and continuous improvement mindset across supply chain operations.

What You´ll Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, replenishment, operations, or procurement within e-commerce, retail, FMCG, apparel, or consumer products.

  • Experience managing suppliers and coordinating inbound supply processes in fast-moving operational environments.

  • Strong understanding of replenishment, inventory management, and inbound operations.

  • Strong analytical skills combined with a pragmatic and hands-on working style.

  • Structured and organized approach with attention to operational details and follow-through.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across suppliers and internal teams.

  • Experience leading or supporting operational teams in execution-focused environments.

  • Confidence working across ERP systems, inventory planning tools, and operational reporting environments.

  • Fluent English communication skills; German language skills are a plus but not required.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with private label supply chains or apparel-related product categories.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems, supply chain analytics, and replenishment planning tools.

  • Experience supporting process optimization or operational excellence initiatives.

  • Proven track record of improving supplier reliability, inventory management, or operational efficiency at scale
