About the role
About you
You are an experienced design leader with exceptional conceptual ability, strong creative instincts and a portfolio that demonstrates both strategic depth and world-class execution. You have significant experience in packaging design, particularly within healthcare, wellness or pharmaceutical categories, and understand how to create brands that feel human, emotionally resonant and commercially effective within regulated environments.
You know how to lead creative teams through ambiguity, helping shape ideas from early thinking through to delivery without losing clarity or ambition along the way. You’re comfortable balancing hands-on creative involvement with broader leadership responsibilities, and you know when to guide, challenge or empower the people around you.
You’re an articulate and persuasive presenter who can build trusted client relationships and lead conversations with confidence. You ask thoughtful questions, push briefs beyond the expected and champion ideas with conviction while remaining collaborative and open-minded. You lead by example, elevate those around you, and bring generosity, curiosity, and positive energy into the studio. International experience across global brands, healthcare, FMCG or culturally relevant organisations is highly valued, as is an understanding of how brands need to evolve within contemporary Asian and global markets.
