- OS X Support (10% of techs should have this skill)
- Software installation/troubleshooting
- Performing Tech Refresh
- Mobile device support (iOS/iPhone/iPads) – excluding warranty hardware repair
- Networking
- Asset tracking
- Stock room management
- Basic support in Video conferencing equipment
