About the role
As a Senior HR Advisor, you will partner closely with leaders and managers across Southeast Asia to enable high-performing teams and drive effective people outcomes. Supporting a regional client group across Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines and China, you will operate at pace across a broad range of topics—from core people processes and employee relations to organisational change and talent planning.
You will be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, bringing credibility, sound judgement and a pragmatic approach to solving complex people challenges across diverse markets. This is a role for someone who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing across levels and cultures, and translating business priorities into clear, actionable people plans.
Key responsibilities
- Build strong, credible relationships with leaders and managers across Southeast Asia, acting as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters
- Partner with the business to deliver core people processes (performance management, talent, engagement, workforce planning) with a focus on consistency and impact across markets
- Provide timely, pragmatic advice on employee relations matters, ensuring outcomes are fair, compliant, and aligned with local regulations and business needs
- Coach and challenge leaders to strengthen leadership capability, team effectiveness, and accountability
- Support organisational change initiatives across the region, working with HRBPs to design and implement structures that enable business performance and future growth
- Collaborate with Centres of Excellence (Reward, Talent, Mobility, etc.) to deliver integrated people solutions tailored to country-specific requirements
- Partner with recruitment teams and hiring managers to ensure efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes across multiple markets
- Analyse people data (e.g. headcount, attrition, engagement) across the region to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and drive targeted actions
- Contribute to and support cross-functional regional projects that advance Dyson’s people agenda and culture
About you
- Solid experience in a HR generalist or advisory role, ideally within a regional or global environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across cultures and seniority levels
- Experience managing employee relations matters across different jurisdictions is preferred
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and managing competing priorities across markets
- Strong analytical capability, able to interpret data and translate insights into actions
- Clear, confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Passion for developing people and enhancing team performance
- Degree-qualified or equivalent experience
