About the role:
As eCommerce Manager, you will own the day‑to‑day commercial performance of our Dyson.DACH web shops. You are the commercial heartbeat of the website, translating strategy into decisive trading actions that drive revenue, margin and customer experience.
You will plan, execute and continuously optimise trading and sales activities across Dyson DACH, working closely with DACH counterparts, the Commercial Team, Digital Analytics, Supply and EMEA as well as Global functions.
This role requires a strong, hands‑on trader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, spots opportunities early, mitigates risks quickly and is confident making commercial decisions.
What you’ll do:
Own and execute the DACH trading strategy and trading calendar, aligned with DACH and company financial targets.
Take full ownership of day‑to‑day trading performance on Dyson DACH, reacting to commercial, stock and market dynamics in real time.
Drive revenue and margin through pricing, promotions and trading mechanics, in close collaboration with Experience and Marketing teams.
Lead sales and demand forecasting aligned with growth targets, portfolio priorities and supply availability.
Work closely with Supply to ensure stock supports trading ambitions, promotions and peak moments.
Actively manage risks (OOS, overstock, underperformance) through mitigation and re‑planning.
Translate the trading calendar into a best‑in‑class customer experience, ensuring flawless execution across teams.
Own the Direct Pricing Policy locally, ensuring compliance while maintaining competitiveness.
Use sales, customer and web analytics to identify opportunities, diagnose issues and drive data‑led decisions.
Proactively spot risks and opportunities before they impact performance.
Own regular performance reporting against targets.
Provide clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
Ensure trading activities follow agreed governance and approval processes – while keeping pace and momentum.
About you:
Experience & expertise
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (Master’s / MBA a plus).
Strong commercial background with at least 4 years in sales and/or commercial roles, including hands‑on eCommerce trading experience.
Demonstrated experience in sales forecasting, trading calendars and promotional planning.
Comfortable trading in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments with changing priorities.
Commercial & analytical mindset
Confident working with tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics.
Strong understanding of eCommerce trading levers, pricing strategies and promotional mechanics.

Languages
Fluent in English. German is a strong plus.
