Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and reviewing technical reports such as Conditional Appraisal (CA), Technical Advice (TA), Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), Initial Incident Report (IIR), and Full Incident Report (FIR) in accordance with Concession Agreement requirements with the Ministry of Health.
- Support the team in planning and coordinating training programmes (in-house and external) to build required competencies.
- Assist in monitoring daily operations, including Complaints Work Requests, Scheduled Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Routine Inspections.
- Support efforts in tracking maintenance activities and identifying opportunities for cost optimization.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with safety and health practices in line with company policies and concession requirements.
- Support coordination and monitoring of projects, including tracking progress for Testing & Commissioning (T&C), Defect Liability Period (DLP), and warranty management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; internship or project exposure in construction, maintenance, or facilities management is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of civil engineering principles, maintenance practices, or project management concepts.
