Project Manager

As a Project Manager in SDG Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of Data Analytics, AI, and Performance Management projects. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and leadership to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements and SDG best practices.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectations management.
• Agile Project Delivery: Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies, manage sprints, and ensure alignment with project timelines and goals.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address project challenges.
• Budget Management: Ensure project profitability by managing budgets, team allocation, and cost efficiency.
• Project Reporting & Governance: Provide regular progress updates to leadership, track KPIs, and drive continuous process improvements.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management within Data Analytics, AI, or Digital Transformation projects.
• Experience working in consulting or system integration is a plus.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum, PMP methodologies.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  Proficiency in MS Projects, JIRA , or other project management tools.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
