Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

  • Strategic Deal Leadership: Spearhead blue whale business opportunities and ICT transformation projects of enterprise customers, ensuring corporate alignment, competitive differentiation and cross team execution in complex deals.
  • Business Leadership: Define and implement business development strategies that contribute to revenue expansion. Working alongside Account Teams to identify, qualify, influence, and close large-scale, complex ICT deals.
  • Executive Engagement & Influence: Establish strong relationships with C-level executives, positioning solutions that address business transformation and technology adoption. Solution
  • Development & Positioning: Work with internal teams, including solution architects, product managers, and commercial teams, to shape and differentiate solution offerings.
  • Negotiations & Deal Structuring: Oversee high-stakes contract negotiations, aligning commercial models with customer requirements and financial objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional account and solution teams, ensuring collaboration, subject matter expertise, technical direction, and execution excellence to maximize deal success.
  • Market & Industry Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of industry to provide thought leadership to drive strategy, market positioning and innovation
  • Executive Engagement: Support monthly and quarterly business reviews, providing insights on client strategic initiatives, market positioning, and revenue pipeline to senior management.
  • Business Planning & Financial Management: Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, business reviews, and P&L oversight to drive long-term business success.
