Job Description
Strategic Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute a national sales plan to achieve or exceed revenue targets for the Q-DAS portfolio.
- Identify key market segments, opportunities, and growth areas for quality analytics and process control solutions.
Customer Engagement & Solution Selling
- Lead sales engagements with Quality, Operations, and Engineering leadership within target accounts.
- Drive consultative selling by aligning Q-DAS capabilities with customer challenges in quality monitoring, SPC, and process improvement.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and value propositions to technical and executive stakeholders.
Pipeline & Forecast Management
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline; accurately forecast and report sales metrics.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation through negotiation to closing.
Collaboration & Enablement
- Work closely with Pre-Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to support solution design, proposals, and customer onboarding.
- Provide market feedback to Product teams to shape future roadmap and positioning.
Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer needs in the quality analytics and SPC space.
- Represent Hexagon at industry events, webinars, and customer forums to enhance market presence.
Team Leadership
- Mentor and guide regional sales representatives or partners (if applicable) aligned to Q-DAS.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on customer success and revenue growth.
