
QA/QC Technical Administrator
Job Description
The QA/QC Technical Administrator is responsible for managing supply chain technical administrative functions across N. America, supporting the flow of products from suppliers to restaurants with a high degree of independence. Ensures documentation compliance and adherence to technical standards for food and non-food items through detailed, accurate administrative processes. The position plays a key role in supporting an effective credit process for stores reporting product issues and maintains consistent, professional communication with supplier partners. This role focuses on continuous improvement of technical standards and supplier compliance across the N. American supply base. Position is based at our corporate office in Alexandria, VA - in office 2-3 days/week or more as needed.
