Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with Company’s Safety-First policy and standards throughout project execution Promote a strong culture of quality, continuous improvement, compliance, and accountability, embedding a “design for quality” and “fabricate with quality” mindset across the project team Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project processes meet client contracts and project specifications during FEED and Execution phases Implement and uphold HSSEQ charter and objectives within the project scope Provide HSSEQ support for supplier prequalification and selection processes Capture, manage, and share quality-related lessons learned across teams during FEED and Execution phases Support the Project Quality Manager in implementing the Project Quality Plan and overall Quality Assurance Program Qualifications: Relevant Engineering or related Technical Degree More than 10 years of QA/QC experience in the offshore Oil Gas or related industries Minimum 8 years of experience in leadership or supervisory roles Proven experience in establishing quality management documents; corporate and projects Demonstrated ability to independently lead and conduct audits Experience in delivering at least three FPSO/FSO projects. Skills: Strong team player with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively across cross-functional and multinational teams Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently using a structured and systematic approacProven ability to deliver high-quality work on time in fast-paced, high-pressure project environments Skilled in planning, organising, and coordinating tasks efficiently Adaptable and able to work effectively in multidisciplinary environments Strong knowledge of quality assurance and quality control processes Good understanding of various engineering disciplines and their interactions Familiarity with classification society requirements and international rules and regulations High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Proficient in cloud-based collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive Skilled in digital document control and workflow management systems Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Good knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, including functions, terminology, and interrelationships Fluent in English (written and spoken) Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion BW Offshore is committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all.
